Boss Rotor a part which is used in 2 Wheeler alternator is been offered to customer on a cycle time of 108 Sec with two setup on turning machine and one setup on VMC Machine successfully proved out with a CPC of 8.00Rs.

Further we are working for other variants of Boss Rotor.

Water Passage used in Autimotive engine for Passing the Water in Jackets and 3 nos of machine setup done with a cycle time of 7.5min and two setups .

SpeciAl tools and manufacturing technology including size expanding Reamers and Guide pad solutions delivered yo archive desires accuracy .

Special PCD profile tools and ISO turning products solution given to customer to reduce CPC and increase quality parameters with more reliable process and less changeover parts delivered to customer . Alloy wheel for Hero motor cycle is niw machined with our Tools.
